How-to
Done-for-you, learn it, or hybrid?

Owners stall on this work for a simple reason. They think the choice is all or nothing: pay someone forever, or figure out every dashboard alone. That is a false fork. The useful question is how involved you want to be after the setup is done.
CG WebWorks offers three ways to work. None of them require you to become a marketer. All of them start with the same facts: the business name, the city, the hours, the phone, and what you actually want the neighbor to do next.
Done-for-you
This is for owners who already have a full week. You still run the shop. You do not want another login to remember.
We manage the listings, the site work that the listings need, and a simple content rhythm. You get a system you can keep: one place for the facts, photos that look like this year, and pages that work on a phone. When the setup is stable, we hand it over clean. You are not trapped in a process you cannot see.
You still own the real-world truth. If hours change, you tell us. If a service is retired, you tell us. Copy that goes public should sound like you, so you approve it. The next step is a visibility check with a clear note: take it off my plate.
Done-for-you is not a black box. You should be able to open the profile and recognize the shop. If you cannot, the work is not finished.
Learn it
This is for owners who want to run the weekly work themselves once someone shows them the path. Maybe you already take the photos. Maybe you already reply to reviews. You do not need a retainer. You need a walkthrough that respects your time.
We train you on the listings that matter and on a content rhythm you can keep on a Thursday morning. You learn how to update hours, add photos, answer a review without sounding stiff, and write a short post that names a real service. We stay close during the first stretch so the first mistakes are cheap.
You own the weekly posting, the photo updates, and the replies. That is the point. The next step is a visibility check with a clear note: I want to learn it.
Learn it fails when the training is a slide deck. It works when you do the clicks on your own phone, on your own profile, with someone watching the parts that usually get skipped.
Hybrid
Most first-time owners should start here. Hybrid is the setup plus the hard parts, without pretending you will never touch the profile again.
We fix the name, address, and phone so they match. We set categories, hours, and the first round of photos. We make sure the website does not fight a thumb. We show you the weekly work that actually moves the listing: a photo, a short post, a reply. Then you keep that weekly piece.
You own the rhythm because you are already in the shop. You see the new paint color, the new crew, the job that is worth a photo. We own the parts that are easy to get wrong once and painful to unwind: the categories, the duplicate listings, the pages that do not call.
The next step is the same visibility check. Say you want Hybrid. If the week gets away from you later, you can move toward Done-for-you. If you catch the rhythm fast, you can move toward Learn it. You are not locked in by the first choice.
How to choose without overcommitting
Ignore the labels for a minute. Look at the next thirty days.
If you cannot spare an hour a week, pick Done-for-you. If you can spare that hour and you want the skill, pick Learn it. If you are not sure — and most owners are not — pick Hybrid. Hybrid is the honest default. It gets the dangerous setup off your desk and leaves the living part of the listing in your hands.
Do not choose based on which option sounds more serious. Choose based on who will actually update the Saturday hours when you close for a wedding. That person should be named before any work starts.
A visibility check is the right first conversation. We look at the site and the main listings. We tell you what is missing. Then you pick a model with the facts in front of you, not a guess.
